Created by Joseph Pilates, a German gymnast and bodybuilder who immigrated to the United States in the 1920s, this fitness method uses controlled movements that can help flatten your stomach, strengthen your back, and give you better posture and flexibility.


Pilates combines exercises with a special breathing technique and concentration, so it connects the mind and body, and can help relieve stress and anxiety.

If you are interested in becoming a certified Pilates Instructor, we'd love to talk to you! We think the traditional Pilates method is amazing and we love sharing our knowledge with others. We won't lie, teacher training is a pretty grueling process. But if you truly love pilates, it is so rewarding that you will not regret it.

 
Our next Basic Seminar is in April 2018. But you've got a lot to do if you want to start at that time! There's a lot of training you have to complete to pass the initial assessment! And a lot on info you need to know to make it through the program.
